Choose an HVAC Contractor With 45 Years of Experience

Joe Nance and his crew came out to install a heat pump. Prior to their arrival, he came to our home to inspect the existing unit, and chose a replacement unit that is both cost effective and much less expensive than the one we had. On installation day, he and his crew arrived on time, and were professional and courteous. The entire tear our and install took less than 3 hours. They tested the unit to make sure everything was working properly, we settled the bill, and they were on their way. I would definitely recommend Poplin Heating and Air for any HVAC needs you may have.

My Wife and I found Joseph and Poplin at the 2018 Home and Garden show in CLT. Joseph promptly came out to our home and gave a quote to replace our entire first floor system. He left us with a couple options to fit our budget. His quote was lower than the competition and although there were no online reviews, after speaking with Joseph, we honestly trusted him do a solid job. We couldn't have been happier with the result. Poplin replaced the entire system in a single day, cleaned up after themselves, and we have not had one single issue.
